MyEasyCV operates under the brand of EasyKT.

By accessing or using MyEasyCV (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Description of Service

MyEasyCV is an online CV/resume creation platform that allows users to create professional CVs in multiple languages and designs. The Service includes:

• AI-powered CV generation from user-provided information
• Multiple CV design templates and styles
• CV translation to 50+ languages
• PDF download capabilities
• CV editing and management through a personal dashboard

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• CV Credits: Used to generate new CVs
• Edit Credits: Used for AI-powered editing features

Credits are purchased through one-time payments. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Demonstrable technical errors that prevent service use
• Significant quality issues that cannot be resolved through our edit features

Refund requests must be submitted to support@myeasycv.com with evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria or where credits have already been substantially used.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create CVs containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all personal information and content you provide to create your CV. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Service: The MyEasyCV platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Generated CVs: The CVs generated through our Service are yours to use for personal and professional purposes. You may share, print, and distribute your CV as needed for job applications.

AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to help generate and format CV content. While we strive for accuracy:

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
• AI may occasionally produce errors or inconsistencies
• You should edit and correct any inaccuracies before using your CV
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be suitable for all purposes

Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or emergencies
• Factors beyond our control

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Using our CV will result in employment or job interviews
• AI-generated content will be 100% accurate or error-free

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYEASYCV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyEasyCV, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination
