How does MyEasyCV work?

Creating a CV with MyEasyCV is simple:

1. Choose your method: Write about yourself, fill out a form, or upload an existing CV
2. Select your preferences: Choose a design style, color scheme, font, and output language
3. Generate your CV: Our AI transforms your information into a professional CV
4. Edit and download: Make any final adjustments and download your CV as a PDF

What languages are supported?

MyEasyCV supports over 50 languages for CV generation, including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani, and many more. You can create CVs in any supported language regardless of the language you use to input your information.

What design styles are available?

We offer 50 professional CV design styles, including Modern, Classic, Minimalist, Professional, Creative, Executive, Tech, Infographic, Timeline, and many more. All designs are ATS-optimized to pass through applicant tracking systems.

Pricing and Payment

Is there a subscription?

No! MyEasyCV is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, hidden fees, or subscriptions. Pay once and use your credits whenever you need them.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other local payment methods through our secure payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, but only under specific conditions. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if there are demonstrable errors in the CV output that we cannot correct. Please see our Terms of Service for full refund policy details. Refund requests must be submitted to support@myeasycv.com with evidence of the issue.

Creating Your CV

What’s the difference between Write, Fill Form, and Upload?

• Write: Simply describe your experience in your own words. Our AI will extract and organize the information into a professional CV format.
• Fill Form: Enter your information step-by-step through structured form fields for precise control over your CV content.
• Update or Translate: Upload an existing CV (PDF, DOC, or TXT) and we’ll modernize it, improve it, or translate it to a different language.

Can I edit my CV after generating it?

Yes! You have two editing options:

• Manual Editing (Free and Unlimited): Click on any text in your CV preview to edit it directly. You can change text, add links, and modify content as many times as you want.
• AI-Powered Editing: Use your edit credits to request AI-assisted changes like rewriting sections, changing design elements, or adding graphics.

What is ATS optimization?

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software used by employers to scan and filter CVs. Our CVs are designed to be ATS-friendly, meaning they use proper formatting, clear headings, and standard sections that ATS systems can easily read and parse.

Can I add a photo to my CV?

Yes! You can upload a profile photo during CV creation or add/change it later through the edit feature. Photos are optional – some regions and industries prefer CVs without photos.

How many pages will my CV be?

Our system automatically optimizes your CV length based on your content, typically generating 1-3 pages. The AI ensures all important information is included while keeping the document concise and professional.

Account and Dashboard

How do I access my CVs?

All your CVs are saved in your personal dashboard. Log in to your account and click on “Dashboard” to view, edit, download, or delete your CVs.

Can I download my CV multiple times?

Yes! Once you’ve purchased credits, you can download your CVs as many times as you want. There’s no limit on downloads.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@myeasycv.com. We’ll process your request and permanently remove your information from our systems.

Technical Questions

What file format is the CV downloaded in?

CVs are downloaded as PDF files, which is the most universally accepted format for job applications. PDFs maintain consistent formatting across all devices and operating systems.

I’m having trouble downloading my CV. What should I do?

If you experience download issues:

1. Try refreshing the page and attempting the download again
2. Ensure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser
3. Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
4. Clear your browser cache and cookies

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take data security seriously. Your personal information and CV content are stored securely, and we use encryption to protect data transmission. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
